1. Acceptance of terms

PredictionScan (predictionscan.org and the PredictionScan app and MCP server for AI assistants) is operated by PM Data Services, Inc. ("PredictionScan", "we", "us"). By using PredictionScan, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use it. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.

2. Description of service

PredictionScan is a read-only app and MCP (Model Context Protocol) server that AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Claude and Grok, and other MCP clients, can use to look up public data about prediction markets on real-world events: market-implied probabilities, prices, trading volume, large trades, public trader statistics and related news. Market data comes from Polymarket's public APIs and public blockchain data; headlines come from our own news feed of major outlets.

3. Independence

PredictionScan is independent. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Polymarket. "Polymarket" is used only to identify the source of the data. Polymarket's names and marks belong to their owner.

4. Informational only

• The data is for information only. It is not financial, investment, legal or tax advice, and it is not a recommendation to buy or sell any contract. Market-implied probabilities are crowd forecasts, not certainties.
• You cannot trade through PredictionScan. It cannot place, change or cancel orders, move funds or access any account.
• Data may be delayed, incomplete or wrong, and an assistant may misread or misstate it. Check important figures at the source before relying on them.
• You are solely responsible for your own decisions.

5. AI assistants

The assistant you use is provided by a third party (such as OpenAI, Anthropic or xAI) under its own terms, and we are not responsible for how it uses or presents our data.

6. Analytics pages and external sources

Market and trader result links open read-only analytics pages on predictionscan.org under these terms. These pages provide no trading controls, wallet connections or funds transfers. News article links open the original publisher's website under its own terms. PM Data Services, Inc. separately participates in Polymarket's builder (referral) program and may earn a referral fee from qualifying activity through its other services; PredictionScan does not execute or route trades. Trading is risky; 100% loss can occur. Trading is only for people who are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where they live), is subject to the venue's own terms and geographic restrictions, and is not available in all jurisdictions.

7. Acceptable use

• Do not use PredictionScan for any unlawful purpose.
• Do not interfere with or disrupt the service, or make excessive automated requests.
• Do not use PredictionScan to try to identify the people behind wallets.

We may limit, change or withdraw PredictionScan at any time.

8. Disclaimer

PREDICTIONSCAN IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PM Data Services, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use of PredictionScan.

10. Intellectual property

The PredictionScan name, logo, software and content we create are owned by PM Data Services, Inc. and protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. Third-party names and marks belong to their owners.

11. Changes

We may change these terms at any time and will update the date at the top. Continued use of PredictionScan after a change means you accept the changed terms.
